I have some recommendations to help you view your QuickBooks Online differently, Jm.

Intuit has recently updated QuickBooks Online and decided no longer to have the Desktop View in QuickBooks Online. With the new update and transition, QuickBooks offers a robust and user-friendly interface that allows you to manage your finances and business operations effectively. In QuickBooks, you can switch to the Business view or Accountant view. Refer to this article for more details: Switch between Business and Accountant view in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you are referring to the QuickBooks Online desktop view via mobile app, you can follow the steps shared by my colleague using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/is-there-a-way-to-set-quickbooks-online-to-open-in-desktop-view/00/1259191.

Feel free to save these resources that will assist you in personalizing your QuickBooks Online account according to your needs. I'll also attach a file that will help you become familiar with the keyboard shortcuts for QuickBooks Online Desktop app users:

If you have any other concerns or questions about navigating QuickBooks Online, I'm here to help. Have a great day!
