We can add an expense account for toll fees and manually track it through expense transactions. Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions. Then, Chart of accounts.
2. Click the New icon.
3. Choose an account where the toll fees should be placed. Enter necessary details.
4. Once done, click Save.
