How can I cancel a paycheck and bonus that were issued? They haven't been deposited. I want to combine them into one instead.

Before anything else, I'd like to thank you for the detailed post about your concern and know that you've come to the right place. You can delete or void the paychecks in your QBO account since they haven't been processed yet. To cancel, you'll want to go to the Payroll tab and locate the employee in the question. Here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Payroll tab.
3. In the Employees section, select Paycheck list.
4. Click the paycheck(s) you'd like to delete or void, then select Delete or Void.
5. Once done, click Yes.
