I'll guide you through how you can change your direct deposit account in QuickBooks. Let's go to the settings to see it.
Here's how:
- Go to Gear, then choose Payroll Settings.
- Scroll towards the Bank accounts section.
- Select the Pencil icon to edit.
- Change the account.
- Click Save and then Done.
Here's how it looks like:
Once you're done changing, all your payroll transaction will be taken out from the new bank account moving forward.
