Hello there, @delvallehr4.

 

There are two ways of entering after the fact payroll. You've got me here share some insights on how can this be done.

 

This can be done via write up, wherein transactions can be entered in the transaction data entry screen. This can also be processed by batch payroll.

 

In doing the process, I'd suggest reaching out to our  Customer Care Team. They can initiate a remote-viewing session and guide you through the steps.

Prior to my last payroll update.  Entering after the payroll checks was very easy, what happened to that feature in the latest payroll update?

    I'd like to ask for more details about your challenges when entering after-the-fact checks. I would appreciate if you can describe them in detail. You may state a comparison between the functions or processes before and after the update.
