How can I file a previous 941 form from 2020 to the IRS?

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to Help (?) at the top right.
2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Let's talk.
4. Choose a way to contact us.

 
When everything is all set, you can now manually file it to the IRS.
