How can I find e mails that been sent out though QuickBooks?

I know how important it is for you to keep track of emails sent using QuickBooks. It isn't possible to retrieve or look back at emails sent from the software. To view those emails, you'll need to ask the recipients.

Alternatively, you can utilize the Email me a copy feature to receive a copy of the emailed transaction moving forward.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click the Sales tab on the left.
4. In the Messages section, click the Edit icon (pencil image).
5. Put a checkmark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
6. Click Save and Done once you're through.

You can also review these emails in the audit log. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon and click Audit Log.
2. Find the transaction, then under the History column, choose View.
3. Then click the black arrow next to the Date and time of history.
