Payroll forms are available when your archive them after submitting them in QuickBooks. o get a copy of the form, all you need to do is to go to the Payroll tax page in the Taxes menu. Here's how:

2. Proceed to the Payroll tax page.
3. In the Forms section, click Quarterly Forms or Archived.
4. Select 941.
5. Choose a period.
6. Hit View.
7. From the PDF page, click the Print icon.
