Getting a copy of your Form 940 for 2022 will vary depending on whether you e-filed or printed and filed manually, rickydebbiej. I'll gladly provide you with the steps for both methods below.

If you have e-filed your 2022 940 tax form or we filed for you, here's how you can obtain your copy:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Filings tab.
  3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. Or select Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms. If available, select Preview to view those not yet filed.

If you manually filed your 940 forms for 2022, you'll first have to archive them. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Filings tab.
  3. Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
  4. Select the period, then Archive.

After that, view and print the forms. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Filings tab.
  3. Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
  4. Select the  dropdown menu to filter the form type (940) you want to view.
  5. Click the form name, then View.
