Welcome to the Community, @shefalikalyani.

Let me share some information regarding the W3 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In viewing your W3 form in QBO in Filing and Resources, you can customize the Date Range, so it would specify the forms on a specific period, which you can find your form more easily.

However, if you have manually filed your 2021 W3 Form, we have to archive it for you to view, edit, and print. I'll be laying out some steps that you can follow below to see the form.

We have first archived the form:

  1. On your Taxes page, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Select File beside the tax form you'd like to save or archived.
  4. Choose the period, then Archive.

After archiving it, to view the form:

  1. On your Taxes page, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Choose Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
  4. Select the  dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
  5. Pick the form name, then View.

Know that in viewing your archive payroll tax forms have available liability periods that only extend for two years. However, after doing the steps I mentioned above, still you can't see your W3 Form, I suggest contacting the IRS and requesting a copy of that form.

In addition, you can check out this article that discusses what QBO payroll covers: Understand the taxes and forms that QBO Payroll submits for you.

Feel free to reach out to us if you need more questions about your W3 forms in QBO. We'll always be here to answer you. Have a good one!
