How can I let department managers approve time?

I'd be glad to help in letting department managers approve time in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Time, select Feature Add-ons, then select Manage Add-ons.
  2. Go to Approvals, then select Install.
  3. In the Approvals Preferences window, on the General tab, make your selections.
  4. (Optional) Customize the message team members will see when they submit their timesheets.
  5. (Optional) On the Notifications tab, set team member timesheet submission and manager approval reminders.
     

You can also approve time directly in QuickBooks Time: Approve, unapprove, and reject timesheets in QuickBooks Time
