How can I locate the 2020 employee w2

Locating your 2020 employee W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty easy! If you're using the electronic filing in QBO, the system automatically archives the form for future access.

To view them, here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Taxes menu at the left pane to get to the Payroll Tax.
2. Under Monthly Forms or Annual Forms, select View Archived Forms.
3. Choose the desired form.
4. Hit View.
