I'll make sure you're able to obtain copies of the Forms 941 submitted by QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), @cmoulton.

When you file or submit your Forms 941 through QBOP, the system will automatically archive them through the Quarterly Forms section on the Payroll Tax Center page. This way, you can easily view or print the said form and obtain your copies. Then, submit them to your insurance company for auditing purposes. To do this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Taxes menu.
  3. Select the Payroll Tax tab.
  4. Under the Forms section, select the View and Print Archive Forms link under Quarterly Forms.
  5. On the Archived Forms page, choose the Quarterly Tax Forms and 941 options on the drop-down fields to narrow down the search.
  6. Click the 941 links and select the View button to access the form.

Moreover, you're able to check the e-filing status in QuickBooks. Doing so will let you make sure your forms (i.e., 941) are transmitted and accepted by the agency accordingly. You can learn more about this through this article: Check e-file and e-pay status in Online Payroll.

Also, there are several payroll reports you can use to view helpful information about your business finances and employees' details. To give you the complete lists of available payroll reports in QBO, I'd recommend checking out this article: Run payroll reports. It also includes steps about customizing, printing, and marking them as your favorite.

Let me know in the comments if you have other payroll form concerns and questions about 941s in QBOP. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @cmoulton.
