How can I print paychecks on continuous form checks and paystubs on blank paper with Quickbooks Online Payroll?

Hello there, @BarbNeal. I'm here to guide you through printing your paychecks and pay stubs seamlessly in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It'll be just a few clicks away, and you’re all set. 

With online payroll, you can print paychecks or pay stubs for your employees. QuickBooks prints checks for employees who receive checks and pay stubs for those who receive direct deposit.

First off, we need to set up your pay stub printing preferences:

1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙️, then select Payroll Settings.
2. In the Preferences section, select Paycheck Printing.
3. Select Plain paper stubs (to accompany handwritten checks), then tap OK.

Once done, here's how to print them:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Select Paycheck list.
3. Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then select Print.

Preprinted checks need to be compatible with the program to ensure they will print correctly. That said, you can order them here. Take note that you'll need to have your payroll set up before you can print a paycheck.

Step 1: Set up your paycheck printing preferences
