Welcome to the Community, Suerose.

You can run a separate bonus-only paycheck and enter the amount As a net so the employee will get the exact bonus amount. This way, taxed will still be calculated but it'll be a company-paid tax.

Here's how to create separate bonus-only paychecks:

  1. At the left navigation panel, click Payroll.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. From the Run payroll ▼ dropdown, select Bonus only.
  4. Under how you'd like to enter the bonus, choose As a net.
  5. Select the employee, then enter the Bonus amount.
  6. Below the list of employees, select Edit ✎ next to Payroll options.
  7. Select the payroll options you want. Then select Apply.
  8. Select preview and submit payroll.

Additionally, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in setting up an overtime pay item in QBO Payroll: Add overtime pay to an employee.
