I'll walk you through the steps on how to reprint your old paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sales234.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
  2. Click Paycheck list, then filter the Date Range to Custom.
  3. Look for the paycheck and check its box.
  4. Select Print

You can also use these articles as an additional reference in printing your paychecks in QBO Payroll.

this is printing the paycheck with the same date.  This is not good, since the paycheck is over 6 months old and the bank will not accept it.
