How can I save an individual paystub as a PDF?

I need to email an individual their paystub. How can I save the stub to email?

I've got the instructions you'll need to save individual paystub as PDF, info1518.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click Payroll and select the Employees tab.
  2. Click on the Paycheck list link below the Run payroll button.
  3. Select the date. 
  4. Tick the box next to the employee name in order to select the paystubs to print.
  5. Click Print.
  6. On the PDF window, click the Download icon to save the paystub.

Once done, you can either email them to your employees outside QuickBooks or give them access to their paystub online via QuickBooks Workforce.

The type i need for an employee is not a pdf from print but a save as pdf. is this possible?

If you pay employees through paper checks, you can easily save them as pdf using your payroll product. Please see the steps and screenshots below:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then choose Employees.


     
  2. Click the Paycheck list link under the Run payroll option.


     
  3. Pick your employee by ticking the checkbox.
  4. Hit the Export dropdown button, then tap the Print or save PDF option.


     
  5. Select Save as PDF.
