How can i see my employee's w2 ?

I'll ensure you can view your employee's W-2 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).In QBO, if your employee lost or didn’t get their original W-2, you can use plain paper to print their W2s. 
 

To access it, see the steps below:
 

1. Select Taxes, then Payroll tax.
2. Click on Filings.
3. Choose Resources, then W-2s.
4. Review the list of employees who opted for a printed copy.
5. If your automated taxes and forms setting is Off, you can review your Form W-2 print setting and select Change setting to change the paper type if needed.
6. Select View or Manage on the copy you need.
7. Then click View and print.
    

Also, please be aware that, W-2s won’t print for employees that selected paperless. They can print their copy from QuickBooks Workforce if needed.  See this link for more details: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms.
