Why would you want to open up your employees to that kind of fraud exposure? Sounds like a sure fire way for you/ the company to get sued, if you ask me.
Printing the Social Security Number (SSN) on a paystub is unavailable in QuickBooks Online, @wushouse-hotmail.
For security reasons, you can only see the full name and last four digits of the number. If you’d like to see the full number, you can pull up the Employee Details report.
Here's how:
Click the Reports tab from the left menu.
Enter and select Employee Details in the Find report by name field.
You can filter it to a specific Employee, Work Location, and Workers's Comp Class.
