How can I show only the Preferred Name of an employee in QuickBooks Time?

If you wish to customize the display name shown in QuickBooks Time, you should know that it is generally based on the first and last name of your team member. However, there is an option to modify the display name as per your preferences. 

Here's how you can do it:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Time account.
2. Go to My Team.
3. In the My Team window, find the member you want to change the display name.
4. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) icon after the minutes of the last activity, then select Edit.
5. In the Display Name field, change the name.
6. Select Save.
