How can I turn on screenshots indefinitely, and not just for 15 minutes?

Screenshots can be taken using various programs or by using particular keyboard/button shortcuts. Thus, enabling the screen capture option can only be done in your device settings and not on the QuickBooks end. You can reach out to an IT specialist to help you configure the setup.


If you’re currently accessing QuickBooks and working on a task and noticed that the said feature isn't working as intended, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it.


First, sign out to your QuickBooks account and restart your computer. Then, reopen and do screenshots. If the issue persists, log in to your account using a private window or other supported browsers to determine if this is the case. If it works, I recommend clearing your regular browser’s cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly.
