Let's make sure you'll be able to view the tax form, Pasquales.
Generally, we can keep your payroll tax forms for two (2) years. You'll want to check out the archived forms page if it's still available. To do this, you can follow the steps below:
From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Tax.
Select Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms, as appropriate.
Choose the desired form.
Select the liability period.
Select Archive.
If not, I suggest contacting our payroll support team to double-check if they're still able to retrieve the form from our system. They have the tools to securely pull up your account. Here's how to reach them:
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
Choose either Chat or Callback.
