How can i void a payroll run (only I paycheck) on QB Online?

There's a couple options to cancel a payroll run after running it:
 

• Void a paycheck - This changes your paycheck dollar amount to zero. You may need to make adjustments to balance QuickBooks. Voiding won't stop a direct deposit from processing, and doesn't return funds to you. You can void paychecks if you've already sent the payroll to Intuit.
• Delete a paycheck - This removes your paycheck from the payroll. You can delete paychecks if you haven't sent your payroll to Intuit yet.

Depending on the processing time and payroll service you're using, you may be able to delete or void a paycheck.

Here's how:
 

1. In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
2. Click Paycheck list.
3. Choose which paycheck(s) you'd like to delete or void.
4. Select Delete or Void, then Yes.

If you're unable to make the change, you'll see a message explaining why. You can then get in touch with our Customer Care team for assistance with your paycheck. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment and discuss what options you have for cancelling your payroll run.
