How do export payroll online to quickbook online

Hi bostoncorporate!

There's a setting in QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, or Elite where you can export your payroll data into QuickBooks Online directly. I'm here to show you how to do it.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll settings.
2. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon on the Export section, select QuickBooks Online, then Continue.
3. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and select a company where you want to send the data.
4. Set up your Export preferences. These are the accounts where the payroll entries will be tracked on your selected QuickBooks Online account.
5. Tap Done.
6. Go back to the Payroll Settings page. When you're ready to export, click the Export transactions hyperlink on the Export section.

Every after you process payroll, you can export the data by simply clicking the Export transactions hyperlink.
