How do I access my employee w2s

I've got you covered on how you can access your employees’ W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Christy.

We can access the Resources page to view an employee's W-2. Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll tax.
2. Choose Filings.
3. Click on Resources.
4. Select W-2s.
5. From Employee W-2s, select Manage W-2s on W-2 Copies B, C, & 2 (employee) for the current year.
6. Hit View then print the W-2s.

If you're using the electronic filing in QBO, the system automatically archives the form for future access. To view them, use the steps below:

1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Under Monthly Forms or Annual Forms, select View Archived Forms.
3. Select the desired form.
4. Press View.

If you filed the form manually or are using the automated payroll service, see this link to print or view 2020 W-2s: Print your W-2 forms. Also, if you want to give employees a copy of their W-2, you can invite them to use QuickBooks Workforce, they can view and print their own W-2 copies there.
