How do I add a paycheck after W2s have been filed?

An employee opted to have her Bonus go to her SIMPLE IRA account after I printed W2s.  I have corrected and filed W2c/W3c with the IRS.  I would like my QB records to be correct.  Is there a way to back out archived forms, record the change, and re-run year end in QuickBooks?

If you e-filed your forms through QuickBooks Online (QBO) and corrected and filed W-2c/W-3c with the IRS, you can correct your records within QBO by contacting our Payroll Support team. They can also help you correct your paycheck and the next steps. Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
