Welcome to the Community, Emma. I'm here to guide you on undoing the excluded payment in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Once you've excluded a payment in QBO, the transaction will be sent to the Excluded page. To reverse the payment, visit the said page and click the highlighted "Undo" button. Let me navigate you to the said process:

1. Go to Transactions, then click Bank Transactions.

2. Choose the bank with the payment you'll want to configure.

3. Click on the Excluded tab.

4. Look for the payment, then hit the highlighted Undo to initiate the reversal process.

You can learn more about undoing an excluded payment by reading this article: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, learn how to set up a bank rule to easily categorize your transactions in your account in QBO by paying a visit to this material: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.
