How do i adjust the available vacation time an employee has - as i made a mistake

Hello, noodlenickey.

 

We can adjust the available vacation time of an employee by going to their profile. I'd be glad to show you the steps on how to do it. 

 

Let's go to their profile to adjust the vacation hours. We can do this even after running payroll (if you've done it already). Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Payroll, then click the Employees tab. 
  2. Select the employee in question. 
  3. Click the pencil icon beside the Pay section
  4. Scroll down and click the pencil icon again on Section 3 (How much do you pay...). 
  5. Expand the Time off pay policies section.
  6. Edit the Current balance field under Vacation pay
  7. Click Save
