How do I change my employer's address on payroll stubs?

Let me help you change your new address.
 

You should confirm that the Legal address is accurate in addition to the one on the General Tax Information. For filing purposes, QuickBooks Online will use this. If these addresses are the same, be sure to check the Same as company address box.

Follow these steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon (settings), under Your Company select Account and Settings. 
2. Choose Company and click the pencil icon under Address section.
3. Add your address where customers can reach you by unchecking the box next to Same as company under Customer-facing address. This is the address that appears on your sales forms as well. If you wish to add it under Legal address, follow the same steps.
4. Click Save and Done.

Make sure to make changes before creating a paycheck. Or else, you'll have to delete it and re-create. By this the right address will show on the pay stub.

I advise contacting the QuickBooks Online Payroll Team if you can't delete the paycheck. They can update the paystub's address and make the following adjustments.
