I've got the steps to help you change your worker's tax info, boehme. 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), employees can edit their information only if they have the appropriate user permission, such as being a Primary admin, Company admin, or Standard user with payroll access.  

To change their federal tax withholding information, the employee can follow the steps outlined below: 

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees. 
2. Choose an employee. 
3. From the Tax withholding tab, hit Edit. 
4. Make necessary changes. 
5. Click Save.
