I need to change the bank account that I make repayments from for my Get Paid Upfront invoices. When I access the settings tab in Quickbooks Online I am able to add new accounts under the "Payments" tab but they do not show under my "make a payment" tab in my Get Paid Upfront tab.

Let me help you with this, tylerzg94.

Missing options in QuickBooks can be a browser issue. Oftentimes, the stored data of their regular browser becomes overwhelmed which potentially affects your browser's performance when navigating in QuickBooks. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.\

Here are some keyboard shortcuts for your reference:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Once you're able to see the newly added account on the Get Paid Upfront tab, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
