Hello there, dan-allaccesschu.

I have the information you need regarding payroll bank account changes.

In QuickBooks Online, informing the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Employment Development Department (EDD) isn't necessary when updating a payroll bank account.

On the other hand, you might want to scan this material to gain essential insights about your business and employees for guidance when making informed decisions: Run payroll reports.

I have done this to change which bank the payroll comes out, but how do I inform the IRS and EDD about this bank change? Or, do I not need to?
