@KILLIS  In Desktop, checks print with the date that was entered on the check.

To change the check date, either:

1) Open the check in question and adjust its date or

2) Open the bank account register that contains the checks and adjust each of their dates in the register.

Hi there, Killis.

The process provided by FishingForAnswers is helpful, and you might consider following them. You can also review your bank register to identify the account associated with the check. I'll outline the steps below for further guidance.

To edit the check, please follow these steps:

  1. On the menu bar, click on the Edit button.
  2. Select Use Register.
  3. Choose the account where the check was assigned.
  4. Then, click OK. Locate the check and double-click it.
  5. Edit the date of the check.
  6. Click the Printer icon to print it.
