how do I change the paid from account for a payroll check

Changing information like the paid from account in the payroll check requires you to void the paycheck. However, the ability to void/delete paychecks will depend on your processing time.

 

If you see a delete option, this  means that the paycheck is not yet processed and you can still correct the paid from account. The void option appears when the payroll is already processed.

 

Please know that voiding a direct deposit paycheck doesn't stop it from processing. If you want to stop it, you may need to delete it so you can correct the paid from account.

Here's how to delete your paycheck:

 

  1. Go to Payday, then select Paycheck List.
  2. Select the paychecks you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete, then OK to confirm the deletion.
