How do I create an Employee Journal by Check report?

I need to create a payroll spreadsheet for an ERC report that includes date of check, employee name, and gross wages.

We'll need to run the Payroll Summary by Employee Report and select the appropriate date range to see the check data, employee name, and gross wages. I'll make sure it goes smoothly for you.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Reports menu and enter Payroll Summary by Employee Report.
  2. On the report's page, tap the Date Range drop-down and select the correct period.
  3. Press the Employee drop-down and choose the worker's name from the list.
  4. Click the Run Report button for the changes to take effect.
