How do I delete a payment?

I'll show you how you can delete a payment in QuickBooks Online.

If you need to delete an invoice payment, we need to unlink the payment from the invoice first then delete the payment.

Like this:

1. Go to Sales menu, then choose Customers tab.
2. Select the customer's profile.
3. Locate and click the payment.
4. From the Outstanding Transactions, tap to uncheck the invoice.
5. Click on More, then hit Delete.
6. Select Yes to confirm.
