How do I edit the address that is printed on my payroll check stubs?

I'd be glad to help you to edit the address on your employees' paycheck stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

The address showing on the paycheck is pulled from the Work Location that's associated with the employee. Let's make sure to update your account Work Location.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. Under Business Information click Work Location. 
   
4. Update the Work Location and click Save.

Here's how to change the address on your payroll settings:

1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
2. Select the Tax set up tab.
3. Click the General Tax Information.
4. Fill in the necessary information. (Make sure to enter the correct address).
