How do I eliminate "Money is on the Way" notices to our ex-bookkeeper?

I want to ensure this is taken care of, dave.

 

You can remove your bookkeeper's email address from your Merchant account to stop receiving alerts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click the Account menu at the top and select Account Profile from the drop-down.
  3. Go to the Contact Information section, and then click Edit.
  4. Change the email address and its reason.
  5. Click Submit.

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Payments team. They can investigate further why your ex-bookkeeper still receives an email from you. They'll also be able to escalate this case if need be.
