How do I file my Quarterly tax returns, 941/940?

The Quarterly forms will be automatically filed by QBO if the Automate Taxes and Forms feature is turned on. To verify, simply go to the Payroll Settings page. Here's how:

1. In your QBO account, navigate to the Settings menu.
2. Then, select Payroll Settings.
3. Next, go to the Taxes and forms section and click Edit.
4. From there, check if the Automate taxes and forms box is enabled.

If confirmed, go to the Payroll Tax menu to view the forms. Follow the steps below:

1. In your QBO company file, select Taxes.
2. Then, click Payroll Tax.
3. Next, select the Filings menu.

5. Click the drop-down and choose Quarterly Tax Forms and select 941/940.
6. Select the View button to open the file.
