Your accountant may review your books, make improvements, and work with you on any problems if they have access to your business. Additional rights granted to accountant users allow them to cancel entire reconciliations, reclassify transactions, and write off invoices. They can also use technologies specifically designed for accountants to aid in tax preparation.

Regular accountant users doesn't count in your usage limit unless you make them as your company administrator.
