Let me help share how you can fix a mistake in a payroll check for an employee in QuickBooks Online.

You have the option to delete and recreate the paycheck in question. Ley's start by voiding the payroll check first and recreating it. I'll show you how.

1. Go to Payroll.
2. Select Employees.
3. Under Run payroll, select Paycheck list.
4. Find the paycheck in question.
5. Click Edit.
6. Choose More and select Void.
7. Confirm Are you sure you want to void this check? by selecting Yes.
