To assist you with your concern about the deleted payment, can you please provide me with more details, such as what payment you want to fix and which part of it?

 

If you want to recreate your deleted payment transactions, you can go to the audit log that tracks all your activities within the program and check the payment details. Here's how:  

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Audit log.
  2. Use the filter dropdowns, User, Date Changed, and Events, to further specify and locate the transaction you've deleted.
  3. Under the History column, select View.
  4. You can re-enter the deleted transaction using the Audit log information.
