How do I get a PIN?

I'd like to make sure that you're able to import your file.

QuickBooks Self-Employed allows you to manually import bank transactions. This feature don't need a PIN. All you need is a CSV file that you can upload.

You can also connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Depend on the bank's security setting, you may required to enter a code or one time password (OTP). This is a bank feature and you simply need to follow the on-screen steps on how to get the code.

If you're unable to receive the code or OTP, you'll want to contact your bank so they can check the reason why.
