How do I get a report that shows PR payments for all my employees from 1/1/2020 thru 9/30/2021?

Hi there, I can help you run a report that shows all the payments from the date you need up to the end date you desired.

We can pull up the Payroll Detail report to get this done. I'll walk you through the process to accomplish this in no time. 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the Search box, enter the Payroll Detail report.
3. Click Customize in the upper-right corner. 
4. Click the Date drop-down arrow and select Custom.
5. Choose 1/1/2020 as starting date and 9/30/2021 as the end date.
6. Hit Apply to reflect the changes.
