All direct deposit payroll you process within QuickBooks should reflect on your account. You can run a payroll report to verify all the paychecks available within our system.
I recommend using the Paycheck History report to check the missing information. Please make sure to choose the correct date range to ensure data will reflect.
Here's how:
On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
Scroll down and select Paycheck History under Payroll.
Filter the date range.
If you need to enter prior payroll in QuickBooks, you'll need to contact our Payroll Support Team. You can only add prior data on your end if there are no existing paychecks in the account.

Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
