How do I get my mileage emailed to me when I do my taxes?

I'm here to help you get your mileage information from QuickBooks Online, Design Tim.

Your mileage details are readily available in the Mileage menu of your QuickBooks Online company. You can find the date, location, distance, potential deductions, vehicle, and type of trip and do your taxes based on that information. If you want to obtain a file containing these details, you can do so by following the steps below.

1. On the left navigation panel, click Expenses.
2. Go to the Mileage tab.
3. On the Add trip dropdown, select Download my trips.
4. Choose a location on your computer to save the file. Then, press Save.

You can then use an external email service provider to send the file to yourself or your accountant for tax filing purposes.
