QuickBooks Online Mobile is available for iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, and Android tablet. It will transform the way you handle everyday business transactions. This is only applicable for Payroll Only (Standalone) subscriptions. 

To learn which QuickBooks Online mobile app features are supported on mobile devices. check the compare mobile app features. In the chart below, you can see the breakdown of the features supported on each device.

Install QuickBooks Online for iPad

1. Tap the App Store on your iPad and sign in using your iTunes credentials.
2. Search for QuickBooks Online for iPad.
3. Choose Free to download and then Install.
4. Sign in using the same QuickBooks Online company credentials.
5. Choose your QuickBooks Online company file.

If you have other questions, you can find it in the mobile app. Select the menu icon and then look for Help to find our Frequently Asked Questions.

Moreover, you cannot run a payroll through mobile or iPad, you need to 

use a browser or mobile browser to access QuickBooks and Payroll.
