How do I get my quickbooks payroll to come out as one batch instead of multiple transactions in my bank?

My payroll is all direct deposit, and each check is taken out of my bank as a seperate transactions, and I have to pay a fee on each transaction. How do I get these to come out as one large payroll batch so I just have to pay one transaction fee?

I'll share insight about processing direct deposit payroll in QuickBooks Online.

 

As of the moment, the option to change the direct deposit payroll processing in QuickBooks Online to take them out of your bank in a batch is unavailable. And we're unable to provide the exact turnaround time as to when such a feature like this is added.

 

Processing fees is a mandate by your financial institution. While the option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Describe how processing direct deposit payrolls in batch helps your business in QuickBooks.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Click Skip and send message.
