How do I get payroll data from Bank of America Intuit Online Payroll

I'll help you get the Bank of America (BOA) payroll data in your QuickBooks. This way, you can categorize the transaction as soon as possible. 

If you're trying to transfer the BOA payroll data to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's set up your Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) export preferences. This way, the data will sync in your QuickBooks account.

Follow the steps below: 

1. In your IOP account, go to the Setup menu. 
2. Under Export, choose Preferences. 
3. Pick QuickBooks Online in the Accounting Software drop-down, then tap Next. 
4. In the Bank account section, choose Bank of America if you use this in your paychecks. 
5. Select Payroll Tax Payable in the Wage Account field. 
6. Complete the required fields to finish the process.

However, if you're trying to move the BOA payroll data outside QuickBooks, we're unable to do so. With this, I'd recommend manually entering them or utilize a third-party application.
