How do I get PR notifications?

Check if the email address entered in the payroll email notification settings is yours. Follow the steps below to review:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings. 
2. Go to the Email Notifications section. 
3. Verify if your email is used in the Send to section.
4. Click Done. 

If you can't receive notifications, whether it's your email or not, I'd recommend trying this trick. Proceed with the following steps:

1. Click the blue circle in the upper right pane and select Manage your Intuit Account. 
2. Choose the Sign in & Security tab. 
3. Hit the Email address and update it. 
4. Refresh your QuickBooks account to save the changes.
